Whether it be Right, Left or Center; if Mitt Romney should become President, the Media should accept their responsibility for allowing and enabling it to happen.
Joe Public has no access to the candidates and to try and dig up information as a private citizen is virtually impossible, so we rely on the Candidates speeches, how they respond to pre-screened questions during a debate, interviews on so-called News Hours or Minutes. The average voter cannot ask questions, so it is the responsibility of the people who have made their living as the "Press" and are given more access than Dick or Jane citizen to ask the questions, because their job is to investigate, interrogate and inform those of us who don't have access.
Mr. Romney has not spoken to the press for the last three weeks. In an election for President of these United States, that is big-time news. Both the fact he hasn't spoken and the fact the Press has let him get away with it!
